Sunday
I said the other day that the world was against me, but really, I think its just my self, or my body that is against me. I don't like it, and it don't like me. That we can agree on.

Anyway, My ears didn't like the gig I went to last Monday. The ringing in my head never went away. I thought it was getting better or maybe my head was just getting used to it. I spent the week avoiding loud noises to give my ears a rest.

The Christmas ball was quite noisy. It's made things worse.

Damn this carcass of mine It doesn't like the things I enjoy :-(

So now I'm feeling down. Worried. Panicking. Fed up
